Trigger is sealed with Data on Nino Island, and Sera with Geetz on Forbidden Island. As Trigger was heavily damaged, his body had to be reset to his original configuration, becoming a baby without memories from his past. Yuna took that opportunity to seal both away inside stasis fields. Frustrated with Yuna's decision, Sera traveled to Terra to fight Trigger and they battle to a standstill, each expending all their energy. Yuna remains neutral after first having opposed Trigger for some time.Data is created to protect Trigger's essential memories, specially those related to the Master, so they could not be scanned or tampered by the System.MegaMan Trigger attempts to shut down the Master System according to the Master's wishes.The Master had lived on Elysium for three thousand years. Before passing away, he gives MegaMan a sample of his genetic code and orders him to destroy the Master System. As he can't live long outside of Elysium, he dies. The last human, the Master, decides to travel to Terra alongside MegaMan Trigger.Most of the original humans die from unknown causes.The Elder System is shut down and the Master System replaces it.Elysium is created as an Utopian society thousands of years before Mega Man Legends.The order in which some of these events take place is unknown.
